The Villa
At 600sqm (6500sqft) spread over three floors with four lake-view bedrooms and a spacious panoramic living room with a grand piano, seating and dining areas, as well as a fully equipped Bulthaup gourmet kitchen, Villa Medusa offers an expansive retreat for up to eight people.

The estate
Spectacular views of the lake and a 20,000m² (5 acre) olive grove with 350 olive trees surround the property. Small footpaths lead around the villa past the on-site koi pond to the private parking area, scenic seating areas or the shaded outdoor dining area with a barbecue and another kitchen.

The bedrooms
The master bedroom and the two double bedrooms on the second floor are each equipped with king-size beds, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms. In addition, the lounge in the basement can be used as a fourth bedroom with a double bed.

The patio
A 25-meter (270 ft) infinity swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi completes the patio with direct views of Lake Garda. Covered lounge and dining areas invite you to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.

Interior
A Bang & Olufsen HiFi sound system, flat screen TV and wine cooler complement the select designer furniture. The house’s own sauna, fitness room and entertainment room with bar complete the exclusive vacation experience.

Security
The villa is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system that provides extensive protection and contributes to the safety of the property. In addition, a safe is available in the villa, in which valuables can be safely stored.
